Byote is focused on a different approach to personal care by producing distinctive body care andaromatherapy products that are essential for mindful living.Our primary purpose is to promulgate the consciousness of self and body care in Africa. Byote’s ideal customer is one that is knowledgeable about the benefits of earthly derived products forbody care and general body wellness.

OUR STORY

Founded in 2020 by Violet Addy during the lockdown, the inspiration came from the inaccessibility to unadulterated natural oils locally, due to the closure of international stores because of the pandemic. Byote initially started off with a mission to offer naturalunadulterated oils for skincare and hair care. we sourced dried seed from local farmers, extracted the oils andbottled them, serving our customers the best of the oils in their purest forms. We saw the performances of these natural oils and the possibilityof combining 2 or more natural oils to meet the needs of ourcustomers. This further inspired the combination of herbs to target morespecific concerns, leading us to our current product catalogue.
