Baking soda, citric acid, arrow root poweder, alcohol. essential oil blends. 

Massage oil:

Ashwangdha root, lemon balm, lemon grass leaf, sunflower oil, essential oil.

Place one shower steamer on the shower floor where it will get lightly splashed with water but not directly under the running shower. As the tablet becomes activated by the warm water and steam, it will slowly dissolve and release its aromatic essential oils into the air.
